SPA Baseball League Registration

Skills' Assessment Day will only be for the 8, 9, and 10-year-old boys and girls or any child that did not play in the SPA program last year. It will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Chillicothe Middle School Field House.

• Boys and Girls Teams
  Ages 8-10
  Ages 11-12
  Ages 13-14

Participation fee for all programs is $50.00. The fee will be $60.00 if not paid prior to April 15, 2011. An accident insurance policy is also included in this fee, as well as general liability insurance as required by the City of Chillicothe. Participants are responsible for deductible and co-insurance.
